Japan Surplus Price List (2026): What Things Cost in the Philippines
"How much is it at a Japan surplus shop?" is the question we get most. Prices vary by city, shop and container, but after comparing listings across the country, here is a realistic 2026 Japan surplus price list to anchor your haggling.
Two notes before the numbers. First, these are typical in-store ranges in provincial and Metro Manila shops; mall resellers and online sellers usually charge more. Second, condition is everything: a like-new piece can fairly sit at the top of the range.

How to know if a price is fair
- Compare against new. A good rule: 25 to 40 percent of the new price for clean, working items.
- Ask when the container arrived. Fresh stock is priced firm; month-old stock has room.
- Look for "bigayan" bins. Many shops keep a giveaway-price section of slightly damaged pieces.
- Buy in bundles. Taking three or four items almost always unlocks a discount.
Prices in the provinces often beat Metro Manila for furniture, while Manila wins on selection. Find shops and compare ratings near you: browse by city or check the busiest hubs, Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao City.
